Hi,
I have been to Thailand, twice previously on 2 week training holidays. Once at Fairtex, Bangplee & once at Fairtex, Pattaya. However my fitness was not up to scratch previously & I got sick on both occassions. I was a bit disappointed, in that there was not much technique coaching, ( I'm from a traditional karate background, & was expecting this). I will be going to Thailand this August, again for a 2 week training holiday. The information you have in your blog, is most interesting & informative. I am considering training in Phuket this time, as it looks beautiful. I am planning on training once a day & getting to see the sights. Koh Samui also looks cool, so I'm leaving my options open at the moment. Any suggestions, would be gratefully accepted.
